Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

nexsight.me and the NexSight platform are operated by Nexsight Vision Systems, registered in Pakistan (info@nsvsystems.com). By accessing nexsight.me or using the NexSight platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using NexSight on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Pre-launch status

NexSight is currently in a pre-launch, design-partner phase. Features, pricing and availability described on this site may change as the platform is finalized. Design-partner engagements are governed by their own separately agreed terms where applicable.

3. Use of the platform

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into NexSight, including worker certification records, and for configuring approval authority, permit types and certification requirements to match their own safety obligations and applicable regulations. NexSight enforces the rules a customer configures; it does not independently determine what those rules should be for a given jurisdiction, site or client requirement (such as an Aramco-specific compliance program).

4. No safety guarantee

NexSight is a software tool that enforces the workflows and checks it is configured to run. It reduces the risk of specific failure modes — such as approving a permit for a worker with an expired certification — but it does not eliminate all site-safety risk, and its use does not by itself guarantee compliance with any particular regulatory or client program. Customers remain responsible for their own safety programs.

5. Data ownership

Customers own the data they enter into NexSight. We process it solely to provide the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Formal uptime commitments, where applicable, are set out in a customer's specific agreement — not this page.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and business evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
